Zitro Property Management is a firm believer in giving back to the community, especially when it comes to supporting organizations that help children and families who are less fortunate and in need of assistance.  That is why we pledge to make a donation to the Greater Twin Cities United Way with every home we lease or sell, including our rent to own homes, beginning in September 2007.

The Greater Twin Cities United Way supports hundreds of local programs and agencies.  When you buy or lease one of our homes you can direct how our gift will be distributed by the United Way.  It can be directed to one of several funds or to a particular agency or program.  General funds include the Bridge Disaster Fund, Basic Needs Fund, Children & Families Fund, Health & Independence Fund, and the Holiday Wishes Fund.

If you’d like our gift to be directed towards a specific agency or program, simply select an agency or program that is support by the Greater Twin Cities United Way from their website.
