Flexible Seller Financing \ Rent to Own \ Lease Purchase Homes

We have different homes available all the time.  Because of the terms we offer, our homes go fast and many don't even make it to our website before they are sold or leased. 

Whenever we add new homes to our inventory that are available with flexible seller financing, contract for deed, low down payment requirements, rent to own, or lease purchase terms  - we check our database of Preferred Buyers first before we make a home available to the general public.

By providing us with some basic information we can better focus our search efforts to find the right home for you.

bulletHow do we do this?

First Step - We will search from within our existing inventory of available homes.

Second Step - If a match was not found in our existing inventory, then we try to identify a home for you that closely matches your criteria from within our extensive network of property managers, investors, real estate agents\brokers and mortgage professionals. 

Third Step -  For serious buyers with a minimum 3-5% down (5-10% for Contract for Deed) - we will search MLS and non-MLS listings for a home that is right for you, based on the information you have provided.  In these situations we go to work to structure the best possible deal for us to acquire the home so that we can offer it to you with flexible seller financing, low down payment requirements, rent to own, or lease purchase terms.
